Listening TIME: Bunny Rugs, the lead singer of 10-time Grammy nominee, Third World, teamed up with the "Soul Rebel" DJ Crown Prince on a special Reggae sampler mix of Rugs' fifth solo project, TIME.

This timely musical selection features:
"Love Is Blind" produced by Sly and Robbie
"Heaven Sent - Dat Feelin'" produced by Sheldon "Young Veterans" Pennicott
"Neva Gonna Give Up" produced by Richard "Bello" Bell & Mikie Bennett
"Don't Give Up" produced by Elise Kelly & Ricard "Bello" Bell

Bursting at the seams with talent, Rugs’ 15-track album will in no Time at all be a sound track to affairs of the heart as well as soldiers of conscious reggae worldwide. Here, Bunny’s seductive soulful reggae melodies provide an anchor to jazzy vocal experimentation and cool bass, drum, sax and piano riffs. Music fans waiting for that infectious pop and rock reggae vibe can take solace in the fact that Time is on their side. Featuring real instrumentation, top line production value and timeless performances by Jamaica’s musical legends, Bunny Rugs’ new album, Time, is set to stand the test of Time. In the ever changing world, Bunny Rugs proves that some things in “TIME” remain constant; Love conquers all and he remains the true Golden Voice of Reggae Music. BOB MARLEY'S LAND ROVER TO BE RESTORED :::LARGE UP:::

One of the first things visitors to the Bob Marley Museum see upon entering the premises at 56 Hope Road in Kingston is the singer’s baby-blue 1976 Land Rover. The museum is, temporarily, down one attraction, though, as the classic car was recently sent to a Land Rover dealer in Montego Bay to be assessed for a planned restoration, following years of exposure to the elements. Said to be Bob’s favorite ride, the truck has proven to be very popular with museum visitors—and staff. The Bob Marley Foundation’s general manager, Jacqueline Lynch-Stewart, said the removal of the vehicle has been “very traumatic” for workers there. “Any time anything goes it is traumatic. They get a little emotional.” That mellow mood shouldn’t last long, as the vehicle is slated to return to its usual place out in front of the museum following any necessary fixes.

DRAKE CHALLENGES LIL WAYNE TO CLASH

Now that Drake’s sophomore album is out, he told Billboard that he wants to have a release concert in Jamaica and battle Weezy song for song.

“I don’t want to just do an album release concert. So, me, I go to Jamaica a lot — I love Jamaican culture — so what I’m gonna do, I’m challenging Lil Wayne to a sound clash, that’s what I want to do. I don’t want to just perform by myself,” he told us. “So I want Wayne to come out on stage with a mic and I’m gonna have a mic, and we’re gonna have both our DJs, and we’re gonna battle song-for-song and see who the people love more. And that’s how it’s gonna go.”
“That’s something that I’m serious about, he’s serious about it too. I already issued the challenge,” he said. “He’s serious about it, he accepted like, “Man, I’m ready. I’m gonna eat your food.” I’m like, “Aiight, we’ll see.”
